I've dealt with this one a lot in my life. I also see a lot of people I work with stressing over the outcome which in turn can lead to worse results, just as I've done. Today I dive into the importance of accepting and enjoying the process instead of turning into a stress ball about the outcome. The coolest part about adapting your mindset in this manner is that before the outcome even happens, you've already won.
